Hana Case & Task Management

Creetion has long embraced the concept of case management – and in a broad sense, the concept of process control.

Traditionally, cases (in case of larger chain optimizations) are depicted within the ECC and R / 3 environment of SAP and arranged within the case & records management module or realized on a smaller scale by means of Abap add-ons. Where this solution is close to the Abap transaction, the same need exists after migration to an S4 environment; however on the condition that the inevitable customization is kept outside the functional modules.

Creetion developed a conceptual model in combination with the Hana business rules function to be able to offer a responsible solution in these cases as well. This solution can therefore be used to provide transparency, consistency and process control in the control of processes configured within the standards of S4.
