Relation: Creetion and the underlying labels, websites and company names

We respect the privacy of everyone who comes into contact with Creetion. We are happy to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. Processing of personal data is done in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement describes how Creetion handles personal data.
We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. Creetion processes this personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide it to us yourself.
Creetion processes data for the following purposes:
Creetion is not responsible for the delivery process or the delivery of personal data, as we cannot influence this process.
The website may also contain links to third party websites. Although these website (s) have been carefully selected, Creetion bears no responsibility with regard to these third parties and the way in which they handle (personal) data.
When someone signs up for the newsletter, Creetion stores the personal data for the period in which the person did not unsubscribe from the newsletter. In addition, Creetion will store the personal data for the period in which it deems this relevant in the context of its services. The aforementioned periods apply unless Creetion is obliged by law to store personal data longer.
Everyone has the right to inspect the data that Creetion has about you after you have terminated the services with us. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion to hello@Creetion.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. We hereby request that you black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Creetion will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
If you are an employee of a Creetion customer, you can obtain a username and password to log into the private area of that customer’s website. As a user you are responsible for the careful handling of the username and password. We assume that a person who logs in with a username and password is authorized to use it. If you suspect that the password is known to unauthorized persons, you must inform Creetion as soon as possible so that measures can be taken.
For data transfer, we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with a 128/256-Bit encryption. This technique offers the highest security and is therefore also used, for example, by banks for data security during online banking. All payment methods offered by us are extensively secured by the above standard. You can see that your data is encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.
Creetion does not intend to collect data from persons under the age of 18. We therefore do not offer services to minors. We recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us. We will then delete this information.

We periodically send a digital newsletter by e-mail to our customers and interested parties. We only send this newsletter to people who have indicated that they want to receive the newsletter. We only use the subscriber file for sending the mailing. Every newsletter contains a link with which the recipient can unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber base is not provided to third parties.
Creetion does not provide personal data to third parties other than pursuant to the law, at your request or to processors who perform certain activities on behalf of Creetion (such as the mail tool provider, the CRM provider, hosting party and IT manager). Transfer of personal data only takes place on strict instructions and approval.
Creetion will at all times ask if the provided data may be processed for the reason for which they were obtained / supplied. With the agreement, Creetion will not use any other actions than explicitly agreed upon in accordance with the assignment.
Our website includes buttons to promote (“like”) web pages or share (“tweet”) on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These buttons work through pieces of code that come from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, respectively. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on that. Read the privacy statement of Facebook, Twitter, Google and LinkedIn (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies.
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. Changes will be published on this website. Creetion advises you to regularly check this page to see whether any changes have been made.
